No equipment? No problem.
If you’re short on time (because mom life), get a quick FHIX in with one of these mini workouts under 12 minutes:

- Pre/Postnatal Strength with Kendall - No Equipment
Plus, we always have a Pre/Postnatal (equipment optional) class with Simon on Fhitting Room LIVE! every Friday at 8:30am EST + or attend any of our regular classes as our instructors are educated to modify as needed.
