2. Don’t be nervous
Our studio is intimate, not intimidating. Our instructors are experts at making everyone feel comfortable.

3. Be ready to give it your all
FHITness is intensity dependent, not time dependent. Our music is motivating, our instructors are experts and encouraging and classes are spirited, challenging and fun.

4. Dress appropriately
We ask that our members wear sneakers as our FHIX is a combination of weights, squatting, lifting, and jumping.
