The FHIT 5 With Kendall

We want you to get to know our FHITpros better. Meet our most recent FHITpro feature: Kendall. Kendall fell in love with fitness at a young age, growing up dancing and playing sports. When she decided to hang up her dancing shoes, she discovered weight training. Kendall’s passion for weight training eventually led to her become a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Read about her FHITfaves from what shows she’s currently loving, to her favorite athletic wear brands, and more.

  1. Snack/Food: I start almost every day with a green vanilla protein shake. Sometimes I make it into a smoothie bowl so it feels more like a dessert! You can see her favorite smoothie recipe below.
  2. Workout Gear: Lululemon, Alo Yoga or an Amazon set.
  3. Weekend Activity: Now that it’s the summer I try to escape to my parents on Long Island so I can be outside without melting from the heat. I also love to just relax at home and take my dog to her favorite places.
  4. Artist or Song: Anything by Drake or Pepas by Farruko.
  5. Show You’re Currently Binging/ Book You’re Reading: I’m always binging 90 Day Fiance. Considering starting Love Island too. My guilty pleasure is reality shows, don’t judge me.
