We’re celebrating Latinx and Hispanic culture by sharing some of our favorite brands across different categories such as health/wellness, fashion, and food that you can support year-round!

Health + Wellness:

Ceremonia: This brand specializes in clean and sustainable hair and scalp care products, utilizing natural and plant-based ingredients inspired by Latin American beauty traditions. These products not only work wonders but smell amazing!

Chillhouse: Founded in 2017 by Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton, this lifestyle and wellness brand focuses on relaxation, self-care, and well-being. There’s a spa, cafe, and nail salon to create a space where people can unwind and rejuvenate in a comfortable and stylish setting.

Beauty Blender. This revolutionary makeup product was created by Rea Ann Silva. It is a brand of makeup applicator sponge used for applying and blending makeup products, particularly foundation, concealer, and other complexion products. This product is a game-changer for makeup lovers.

Fashion:

Fanm Djanm: Farm Djanm which means “strong woman” in Haitian Kreyol, was founded in 2014 as a collection of eight head wraps, which Paola Mathé sold directly from her apartment on the weekends. Today, Fanm Djanm has transformed into a headwrap collection and lifestyle brand that creates sustainably, focuses on community, and inspires women to live boldly.

Reformation Founded by Yael Aflalo and is known for its sustainable and chic clothing. They offer a range of stylish and eco-friendly pieces.

Cuyana: Founded by Karla Gallardo and Shilpa Shah. The clothing brand emphasizes minimalist and timeless fashion.

Food/Drinks:

Siete: When Veronica Garza, co-founder and president of Siete, was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions leading her to adopt a grain-free diet. To continue cooking her Mexican-American family’s traditional recipes, she created her own flourless and corn-less tortillas and chips. The line of products has since expanded to include hot sauces, dairy-free queso, enchilada sauce, and more.

787 Coffee Co: New Yorkers Ivan Peña and Sam Sepulveda founded 787 Coffee Co. in 2014 and now have over 20 locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. All 787 coffee is single-origin and grown at their farm, Hacienda Iluminada, in Maricao, Puerto Rico.

La NewYorkina: One of our favorite brands for a sweet treat was founded by Fanny Gerson so she could share and celebrate Mexico’s delicious sweets. From paletas to Churro Ice Cream Sandwich Kits, all their products are sourced from high-quality ingredients from New York and Mexico.
