If it’s your first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get acquainted with our studio. Otherwise, please arrive at least 5 minutes before every class. Late arrivals are not permitted to join class once the class has started. Other than being prompt, all you have to do is show up and our team will take it from there!

Fhitting Room clients may access the New York Sports Club facilities that have a Fhitting Room Studio immediately before and/or after class. However, if you want unlimited access to NYSC, we invite you to become a member.  Enjoy amenities that may include a Recovery Lounge with Hydromassage chairs, barbells for heavy lifting, Functional Field turf for training + stretching, cardio machines, a full service locker room complete with showers and sauna, and more! Plus, NYSC members receive an exclusive 15% discount on Fhitting Room classes and memberships.

NYC class packages and memberships can be used at all Fhitting Room studio locations whether they are located inside NYSC or not. The only exception is our New Jersey location which is located at Drop Fitness; Fhitting Room classes at at Drop Fitness can only be accessed via Drop Fitness credits / memberships. Fhitting Room credits and memberships purchased in regions outside of NYC, may only be used within the home region where the credits were purchased or for LIVE! At Home classes. 

Boxed water is available for purchase at all of our locations along with a refillable water station. #goGreen

We don’t have a parking garage connected to our facility but there are a few garages nearby along with street parking.
