Goal Getter Rewards is our point-based member loyalty program that allows you to earn points for activities you’re already doing at Fhitting Room! Activities include attending classes, purchasing merch, referring friends, celebrating a birthday, and more!

You can sign up for the Goal Getter Rewards Program 3 different ways.

1) Online by visiting the Goal Getter Rewards homepage

• Click ‘JOIN PROGRAM’
• Enter the email address associated with your Fhitting Room account
• Click ‘SIGN UP’
• Check your email for link to confirm registration and set a password

2) Via the Fhitting Room Mobile App 

• Download the Fhitting Room App
• Tap the reward icon at the bottom of the App. 
• Choose ‘JOIN PROGRAM’
• Click ‘SIGN UP’
• Check your email for link to confirm registration and set a password
• Once you go back to the Fhitting Room App, select ‘AUTHORIZE’ to your account

3) By Email Invitation After Making a Purchase

• You will receive an email invitation to join the Goal Getter Rewards Program after your first class after the launch of the rewards program
• Check your email and click ‘ACCEPT POINTS’

The Goal Getter Rewards Program is available for all UWS Studio and LIVE! clients.

We appreciate that you come sweat with us, unfortunately, you must book directly through Fhitting Room to earn points on classes.  If you are committed to ClassPass or Gympass, you can also earn points by: referring a friend, attending a workshop or special event or making a retail purchase

You must sign up for the rewards program to be eligible to earn points. You will earn points for the things you’re already doing like taking classes, purchasing merch, referring friends and more! You can check out all the ways you can earn points here. Points will begin accumulating once you sign up for the rewards program.

You can track points in the Fhitting Room App or online from the Goal Getter Rewards Homepage. You can find the rewards icon in the bottom right hand corner of your Fhitting Room App. You can also track points through email notifications that congratulate you on points earned and progress towards redeeming rewards. You have the option to receive an email update after every time you earn, on a weekly basis, or you can opt out entirely from your Parkville account settings.

Points can be redeemed on select products and services such as a free month of membership, accounts credits, merchandise and more! See the full list of rewards here. Sign in to your Goal Getter Rewards account, click ‘REDEEM’ and select the perk you want to redeem to create a voucher. Bring the voucher to the studio or show on your phone or as a print out. A team member will help you redeem your perk. Online Retail Credits can be used in the Fhitting Room Online Store by redeeming your voucher and applying your unique discount code at checkout or you can bring it into the studio to redeem.

Points will expire 365 days after you last took a class, spent money on retail or attended a workshop at Fhitting Room.

To earn points for referring a friend, your referred friend must make a class credit directly from Fhitting Room. You can check the status of referrals from the ‘REFERRALS’ tab in your dashboard and will get notified by email that you earned referral points.

No, you will not. Points will only start accumulating once you’ve signed up for this new program.

Your Fhitting Room Anniversary date is the date of your first class in our system.

No, points cannot be transferred to friends or family.

1. Fhitting Room may, at its sole discretion, offer the Perkville (the “Program”) pursuant to which members may be awarded reward points through use of the Perkville website, and certain other activities that Fhitting Room designates from time to time.
2. Opting in to email communication from Fhitting Room allows Perkville to maintain the integrity of your rewards account. You may opt out of receiving email from Fhitting Room at any time you wish. But please remember, once you opt out, you will also not receive email updates on points.
3. Fhitting Room may, without notice, terminate the Program at any time, change the Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation, the goods or services offered in redemption of reward points, the number of points required to redeem goods and services, make no future awards, and void all prior points awarded, for any participant or all participants in the program, at its sole discretion, at any time. These changes may be made even though such changes may affect the value of the reward points already accumulated.
4. All reward points must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Program. Reward points may only be exchanged for such goods and services from stores managed by Fhitting Room as determined by Fhitting Room at the time of redemption. Reward points may not be exchanged for cash. Fhitting Room assumes no liability for any prior offers which may have been presented, but which is not a current offer at the time of redemption.
5. Fhitting Room makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the Program or any goods or services provided through the Program.
6. Reward points currently only accrue in New York.
7. Reservations for classes made through GymPass or ClassPass are not eligible for reward points.
8. Referral points will only be awarded if referred client makes purchase through Fhitting Room.  Credit purchases through ClassPass and Gympass are not eligible for reward points.
9. This offer is void where prohibited by Law.
10. All interpretations of these rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Fhitting Room.
