Ready to get stronger? Just Strength subtracts the cardiovascular and plyometric movements, delivering a strength burn like no other. This class incorporates full-body exercises that challenge you from head to toe and help you develop greater stability, improve your posture, and fire up your core.

Our most advanced offering, FHIXtreme takes our Signature FHIX format to the next level. Expect a fast-paced, fiery, and fun workout that lets you express your competitive side. No challenge is off-limits for our fearless FHIXtremers. Prior Fhitting Room experience is recommended before signing up (we suggest at least 10 Signature FHIX classes).
Pre-/Postnatal FHIT®

Growing a child takes a whole lot of strength. Expectant and new mamas can still enjoy exercise in a safe, supervised way with a FHIT that accounts for all of the changes your body goes through before, during, and after pregnancy. Low-impact cardio movements combine with functional strength moves that will help you feel your strongest as you embrace this new chapter.
Forever FHIT®  (Low Impact)

FHITness is forever. The Forever FHIT class is designed for those who crave low-impact movement that’s just as efficient as our high-impact sessions. Expect a mix of strength and cardio that’s easy on your body—followed by an extended stretch. Our FHITpros can help you modify moves to fit your unique needs and provide a safe, effective workout.
FHITkids®

Kids love to be FHIT, too. FHIT Kids teaches children the fundamentals of exercise in a safe and fun format. Help little ones get out all their extra energy while learning to express themselves through movement. Classes are recommended for children 8 years old to 12 years old.
