Riley O'Donnell

Riley began dancing at a young age and later went on to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she majored in Dance and minored in Movement Science. After graduating, Riley moved to NYC to pursue a professional dance career. She decided to become a fitness instructor as a means to support herself while auditioning for dance companies. What began as a “side gig” instantly became her biggest passion. Riley loves spending her days connecting with her clients, helping them reach their goals and watching them grow.

Fun Fact: When she was a kid, Riley wanted to be a professional ballerina. "I was a total bunhead who lived in the studio!"

Riley's Playlist

Riley's workout contains a healthy mix of 2000s throwback songs, EDM, hip hop, and plenty of remixes. She uses Spotify's Release Radar to find new music to keep her playlists fresh. "I also love getting song recommendations, so always feel free to send me songs or tell me about them after class!"
