Eric Salvador

Our "El Capitán" Eric discovered at a young age that being a scrawny, skinny kid was a disadvantage in the sports he loved. It wasn’t until Eric enlisted in the U.S. Marines that he began to change not only physically, but mentally. “Marine Corps boot camp was the hardest thing I have ever done, but once I graduated I felt strong, confident, and like I could accomplish anything I set my mind to.” 20 years later, Eric found his passion helping others crush their goals. His favorite quote from Mia Hamm says it all: "If you don’t love what you do, you won’t do it with much conviction or passion."

Fun Fact
Eric can't live without his grandma's Cuban food. "It’s all about the rice and black beans!"

Eric's Playlist

El Capitán loves to mix it up. His class playlists contain anything from salsa music to Puddle of Mud. "I even have a birthday playlist that I play when it’s a FHIXer's birthday with songs like Birthday Cake by Rihanna and Everyday Birthday by Swizz Beats."
