Ben Lauder-Dykes

 

Our resident Brit, Ben was born and raised in England, where he played professional soccer. A devastating injury led Ben to the gym, which is when his passion for fitness really started. Ben has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and loves what he does, whether it’s teaching group fitness or personal training. Ben has also participated in bodybuilding competitions (as a regional champion!), CrossFit competitions, and marathons.

Fun Fact: The best piece of advice Ben has ever received is: "You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with."
