This acquisition allows us the opportunity to scale and build brand awareness that we would not be able to get as an independent brand. It will also allow us to share resources that Fhitting Room is not always able to access as an independent business.

New York Sports Club has been a fixture in the fitness scene for almost 50 years, and as you may know, the Company has faced recent challenges. However, as we like to say around here, the comeback is always greater than the setback. Fhitting Room’s 10-year track record of success in trainer development, programming, and community building, will allow NYSC to offer the best possible boutique fitness experience. In addition, Fhitting Room’s deep bench of talent will strengthen their organization and help execute NYSC’s vision.

Everyone who is a current Fhitting Room employee will be transitioned into the new organization, and your immediate role, responsibilities and compensation will remain the same.

No, at this time Fhitting Room and NYSC will be managed separately and your role and responsibilities will remain the same, unless your manager has already spoken with you about your specific role.

Benefits will remain the same or will improve as part of the integration. Fhitting Room employees who currently participate in our benefits program will not be affected, and any potential changes will be communicated well in advance.
