Well December… that’s a wrap! Read on for some of our favorite fit moments of the month.

  1. Shape Magazine shared 15 Epically Empowering Celebrity Fitness and Health Moments of 2015. The list includes fit-spirational moments like the U.S. Women’s National Team winning the World Cup and a boost of female power in coaching positions.
  2. Functional fitness, box jumps and HIIT are mentioned in Men's Journal's 18 Biggest Fitness Trends of 2015.
  3. FHITpro, Dara Theodore, wrote an office-friendly 30-minute lunchtime workout for Muscle and Fitness Hers.
  4. Our FHITfam celebrated it’s 4th annual holiday party. We are so lucky to have such an incredible team! How awesome is it that all 8 of our original FHIT team members are still with us?
  5. FHITpro, Farouk Houssein created a quick HIIT workout for Yahoo Health that will leave you feeling refocused, proud and powerful.
  6. We know there are plenty of haters out there who oppose selfies and swear they will never post one, but we are not those people. The Daily Burn gives us 3 Reasons to Love Sweaty Selfies. Now, get your FHIX and post a #sweatyselfie, we promise to like it.   7. Beyoncé is releasing an athleisure line with Topshop in April 2016. We're all about to look just a little more "flawless."
  8. FHITpro, Amanda Butler, shared a 30-Day HIIT Challenge with Fitness Magazine. All of the exercises are bodyweight movements, making this challenge easy to fit into your crowded schedule and your cramped apartment.
