How long have you been president at Fhitting Room?
Just over a year, time flies when you’re having fun!
Why did this role interest you?
It’s not often you get to join a company that excites you, in an industry that you’re passionate about, and that’s on the tipping point of growth. Fhitting Room is the industry’s best kept secret and I get to help shape its future. That’s incredibly interesting.
What is your favorite thing about Fhitting Room?
The FHITfam! That’s obvious. The next favorite thing is that I get to learn a new skillset (kettlebells) from the best in the business (and that’s what our peers say about us), in a super fun environment.
What was your first FHIX experience?
My first experience was Fhitting Room LIVE!. Before I took the class I thought, how good could a virtual experience be? I’ve taken classes from high-end gyms and many boutiques both in-person and online. This one HIIT different. It was so good I had to join the company ????.
How do you make time to work out?
I schedule it like I would any meeting. It’s blocked on my calendar.
Best dad advice?
Teach your child to be an optimist. Life will be so much better for them.
Best dad joke?
What’s brown and sticky? A stick.
