I’m new, where do I begin?
First of all, welcome to Fhitting Room On Demand!
Do I need equipment?
No equipment, no problem! One of the best parts about Fhitting Room On Demand is that you can do workouts using your own body weight. Or, you can choose from workouts that utilize equipment including Kettlebells and/or Dumbbells. You can purchase equipment here. We recommend a mat or soft surface for abs and the fun floor work.
What do I need to stream the workouts?
Fhitting Room On Demand offers multiple ways for you to instantly access content on your mobile devices and smartTV:
iPhone, iPad, Android and Kindle
Download the Fhitting Room On Demand app from the app store appropriate for your device. Log in to your account using your email address and password. Once the app is installed, you can stream content or download for offline viewing. Fhitting Room On Demand mobile app is Chromecast and Airplay enabled.
Apple TV, Amazon FireTV and AndroidTV
Download the Fhitting Room On Demand app to your device and login using your email address and password.
How do I access Fhitting Room On Demand from my Roku?
You can watch your Fhitting Room On Demand videos through the Intelivideo channel. Here are the steps:
1. Press the Home icon on your remote to open the main screen.
2. Scroll up or down and select Streaming Channels to access the Channel Store
3. Search for the Intelivideo channel, and press OK on your remote to open the details screen.
4. Select Add Channel to install the channel on your Roku device.
5. If you have a Roku account PIN, then you will be required to enter it.
6. Once installed, use your email address and PIN associated with your Intelivideo account to access your content on the Intelivideo channel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Login to your account on our website.
Click “My Account” and go to the “Manage Subscriptions” tab.
Under your subscription click the “Cancel Subscription” button and follow the directions. Please note this is not accessible on the app. If you created your account within the app, you will need to cancel within your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
Go to your iOS settings
Select your name, located at the top of your settings page Select iTunes & App Store Select Apple ID (your Apple ID email)
Select View Apple ID and sign into your Apple ID account]
Scroll down to Subscriptions and select Manage Select Fhitting Room and select Cancel Subscription
Note that after cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds.

What is an EMOM?
EMOM is short for “Every Minute On the Minute.” An EMOM routine tasks you to do a certain number of reps in a minute. After the minute is up, it’s time to switch to a different move. If you finish your reps before the minute is up, take a few seconds to rest before launching into the next exercise.
What is an AMRAP?
AMRAP stands for “As Many Reps As Possible,” is the basis of many HIIT workouts. Because HIIT is interval training, many of the moves are completed in time intervals which call for you to do—as the phrase suggests—as many reps as you can within the given amount of time. Just be sure to focus on your form and ensure you’re nailing each rep. Quality is always more important than quantity.
What is a FHIX?
FHIX stands for “Functional High Intensity Mix”. FHIXes are our signature finisher workouts and are designed to push you to the max. Go all out and leave nothing in the tank.
How do I make a workout playlist?
Go to the video you would like to add into a Playlist.
Click + Add To button underneath the video player.
From the drop down, choose to Create New Playlist to add the video to and/or Add to Playlists to add the video to existing Playlist(s).
Users can also remove videos from Playlist(s) within the drop down.
Where to Access & Play a Playlist
Click My Playlists within the navigation bar on the top.
On this page, the image from the first video within the Playlist(s) will appear along with the quantity of items included.
Click the Playlist you would like to play through.
Click the PLAY ALL button underneath the Playlist title/description or click the video you would like to play within the list of videos of the selected Playlist.
Users will flow through to the video player and the Playlist will automatically play.
Once the first video is done playing, the next video in the Playlist sequence will automatically play.
How to Manage/Edit a Playlist
Click My Playlists within the navigation bar on the top.
Click the Playlist you would like to manage/edit.
To rename a Playlist, click the title and a field will appear for users to edit. Click SAVE.
To add a description to a Playlist, click the description and a field will appear for users to edit. Click SAVE.
To delete a video in a Playlist, click the X on the right-hand side of the video image.
To reorder videos in a Playlist, click > hold > drag the video to the desired place within the Playlist.
To delete a Playlist, click Delete Playlist link underneath the PLAY ALL button.
If all videos are deleted from a Playlist, the user will be prompted to delete the entire playlist
How many devices can I use with my subscription?
You can log into your account on 5 different devices.
