Growing up, Chris was the dancer in a family filled with athletes. While performing was a childhood dream, he soon realized that dance wasn’t his forever career. He was bit by the fitness bug at the age of 20 and has been teaching fitness ever since. With over 8 years of experience, Chris is driven by inspiring others to be the best they can be. He believes that if you push yourself, you’ll get an adrenaline rush and feel as though you can conquer anything!
