Master Our Movement


Learn proper technique for some of our signature movements. Practice before you come, or perfect as you go!

Step 1: Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2: Lower into a squatting position, while placing your hands on the floor in front of you.

Step 3: Kick your feet back so that you are in push-up position, keeping your feet wide.

Step 4: Lower your body to the floor, keeping it in a straight line.

Step 5: Press your body back up off the floor.

Step 6: Kick your feet back to their original position with your feet wide.

Step 5: Stand up by coming back through the squat position.

Step 6: Complete the move by jumping, reaching your arms towards the ceiling.
