Air Squat

Learn proper technique for some of our signature movements. Practice before you come, or perfect as you go!
 

Step 1: Stand tall with your feet a little wider than shoulder width apart and turned slightly out.

Step 2: Initiate the squat by pushing your hips back.

Step 3 Maintain a tall posture with your chest up and lower yourself until your butt is just below your knees.

Step 4: Stand up explosively while squeezing your glutes at the top of the movement.
