4 Moves to Get You Ready for Bikini Season with Wala Swim

Higher temperatures and daylight saving means spring break is upon us, AKA: the official start of swimsuit season. We can’t stop thinking about kicking back in the sun with a margarita in hand, complete with a mini umbrella. To celebrate the fun in the sun, we tapped our FHIT friends from Wala Swim to get us in the know on swimwear trends for spring and summer! Read on to get a leg up on your swimwear fashion, then try out the exercises below from FHITpro, Amanda Butler, to accentuate all of your best assets in whatever style you sport.

The exercise: Plank-ups.

Do this movement for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 times.

Do this movement for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 times.

Do this movement for 30 seconds on each side, rest 30 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 times.

The exercise: Alternating Goblet Curtsy Lunges.

Do this movement for 1 minute, rest 30 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 times.
