These Protein Balls Will Become Your New Favorite Snack

FHITpro, Amanda Butler, has an easy no-bake recipe to help with that.  She is always on the run, so her “energy balls” keep her going between teaching classes, personal training sessions and her own workouts. Pack them in your bag for a quick, nutritious and so delicious boost.

Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oats (dry)
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup natural peanut butter
Dash of cinnamon
Sprinkle of chia seeds
1 tbsp honey

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and then place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes or until chilled. Remove the mixture and roll into inch wide balls. Store the balls in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, and remember to make enough to share with your colleagues and friends like Amanda always does.
